ZERO STAR REVIEW cause it looks like they delete anything that’s lower. I stopped in today and the employees stalk you around the store as if you’re stealing. I went to look at a display close by the front door and she literally ran up on me thinking I was guna run out the door. I bought 2 drinks that EXPIRED A MONTH AGO. too far of a drive for me to go back so I guess it’s a loss. never shopping again

This is a ZERO STAR REVIEW, But they don't share anything less than 5 STARS Apparently! Terrible customer service - but the store smelled delicious! I stopped in and politely asked a older woman standing at the register to help me locate a few things I was looking for... She said she was unwilling to help me, she was busy & I should just try and shop for the items myself. I'd like to applaud her for her exceptional customer service... It's no wonder your store is empty & selling things at 90% off... It's some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Walked in feel stressed out over the struggling to find good party items for my sister’s birthday. Especially due to party city closing, I walked into Popshelf and the customer service was amazing. She helped me with everything I needed and helped me in such a stressful time. Another plus is how cheap everything is! I will definitely be coming again for more party items.

Better than the Dollar store even though it's owned by Dollar General. Employees very nice. A clean and organized store. Stuff is really a 1.00!! Check it out!

my new favorite store. They have everythinggg. And is especially useful for travel toiletries. Manager is very friendly as well as every worker I have interacted with.

Cutest little store. Kind of an upscale Big Lots with more organization. Staff is always courteous and helpful. Price are very good. They dont have everything, but the items they have are good quality. Worth the trip for seasonal items as well. Only one thing...they need to keep dogs out of the store. Some people are allergic and just afraid of dogs..no matter the size. I like a dog as musch as the next person, just dont think they belong in stores, restaurants, concerts, museums, etc. Allow humanity to enjoy events that were created for them.

I had such a great experience at pOpshelf! The store is super clean, well-organized, and very spacious—it’s actually enjoyable to shop there. You can truly find a little bit of everything: toys (many at great discounts!), home items, beauty products, and even everyday essentials like you’d find at Walgreens or Marshalls—all in one place. What really made my visit special was the customer service. The staff was so friendly, especially the cashier at checkout. He gave my kids balloons, and my one-year-old was SO happy—it made our day! 😊 I really appreciate the experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this store!
